Check-in window is 3-7pm (check-in after 7pm is subject to approval)
Check-out is 11am. A $50 fee will be applied for unauthorized late check-outs.
After 1:00 pm, a full day's rate will be applied.
All reservations include linens, towels, unlimited wireless internet and on-site parking.
Minimum 2-night stay is required.

Cancellations must be sent in writing to: stay@bedyogabreakfast.ca. Full refund for cancellations, less $30 processing fee, at least 15 days prior to your check-in date. Cancellations within 6 -14 days of check-in, will be open to same room reservation at a future date upon calendar availability (up to 365 days from the original check-in date), the new date will be non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations within 5 days of check-in will be retained and put towards our animal feed fund.

It is critical that you text or email your estimated time of arrival in advance and continually keep updating as you travel 705-977-6897
Please text 15-20 minutes before your arrival so that we can secure the livestock guardian dogs who roam the property.

Guests are not permitted to bring companion animals on site. This policy is for the comfort and safety of our own dogs and other rescues.

We are an ethically vegan property. Please do not bring any animal food products on site, including meat, fish, dairy, eggs or honey.
No weapons, firearms or fireworks are permitted on site.
Smoking anywhere on the premises is strictly prohibited. If you light up inside the house, you will be charged a $250 smoking fee. If you must smoke, step outside the gates and pocket your butts.
We respect all life on our farm. Please respect all wildlife, animal residents, hosts and guests.
